It is simple to sign up for the 2011 Design Science
/Global Solutions Lab.
Send us an
with
the following information:
- Your name, address, telephone number, age.
- Include with this email what you do—student, and what
school you are in, or who you work for/what your work is.
- Why you want to attend the Lab. (We are NOT asking for a essay—
just a sentence or two.)
- Indicate whether you want to stay at a Chestnut Hill College
dorm and/or sign up for a meal plan (see below for more information
on these options).
Once we have your Registration, (and after January 2011), we will
send you confirmation, an invoice for the $300 deposit that is necessary
to secure your place in the 2011 Lab, and some materials. You will
be able to pay the deposit or the full tuition at PayPal via credit
card or PayPal account, or by sending a check to:

Once we have your deposit, or the full tuition payment, you are
officially in the 2011 Lab. You will then receive further information
about program specifics and information related to this year's topic.
TUITION and DEPOSIT
- The full tuition for the 2011 Design Science Global Solutions
Lab is $950. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due after January
2011 or upon registration.
- Early Registration: Registration and payment
of deposit by March 31, 2011 will result in a an early registration
discount of $100. Total tuition for registration by March 31,
2011 is $850.
- A limited number of partial tuition scholarships are available.
HOUSING and MEAL OPTIONS
- Housing is available at Chestnut Hill College in new air conditioned
and secure dorms. The cost is $25 per night double occupancy ($200
for the entire Lab, June 19- June 27) or $30 per night single
occupancy ($240 for the entire Lab).
- Meal plans are also available at the college for $147 for the
entire Lab ($21 per day— $5.00 for breakfast, $7.00 for lunch,
and $9.00 for dinner).
